In a nutshell, Steiku Haoss gives franchisees knowledge, tools, and training to successfully develop and run a business. The franchise support team provides a piece of expert advice and keeps an eye on franchisees, guiding them through the entire process of development.

Steiku Haoss offers an extensive support structure and advice in the following areas (but not limited to):

  • Location scouting and site construction research
  • Restaurant design in cooperation with local architects and shop fitters
  • Brand standards and packaging
  • Standard operational procedures manual, including standards, processes, recipes, marketing guidelines
  • Trademark registration
  • Equipment acquisition
  • Food and safety policy
  • Business and financial plans
  • Modelling and forecasting
  • Recruitment and training
  • Definition and establishment of a supply chain
  • Menu development and design 
  • Continuous system improvements

These areas add up to support at different stages of development, such as construction, design, operational procedures, recruitment and opening of a restaurant.  

Marketing support

The franchise support team provides ongoing assistance to franchise owners in developing a marketing strategy and converting the strategy into action plans.

We are seeking ambitious and self-motivated franchisees to capitalize our revenue streams and expand in new regions and territories. 

From the initial idea to the restaurant's opening, there are several standard procedures for franchise candidates. To become a franchisee of the restaurant and steakhouse Steiku Haoss, it is important to provide a detailed strategy and plan for a specific region or territory. 

A suitable location is also essential. The franchisee should have access to an attractive location in a lively pedestrian area, shopping or business centres. With the optimal floor space between 350 – 550 m2, the ideal site for the restaurant is a corner building with an open floor plan and large windows. 

In addition to the strategic concept, there are a number of qualities a franchisee needs to have to join the network of Steiku Haoss:


  • Knowledge of the local culture and customs 
  • Marketing and business development experience 
  • Financial and cost control experience


  • Established network of local partners
  • Access to a strong management team


  • Strong identification with the Steiku Haoss concept
